George Jensen provides Business Loans to Buy, Expand, or Refinance Businesses, Commercial Real Estate, and we also financing for Equipment, Working Capital, refinancing of high interest rate loans, and Startups (< 2 years in business).
We have access to multiple lenders for the following types of Commercial Loans:

• SBA 7(a) & 504 loans acquisition, expansion, commercial RE, Partner Buyouts, Working Capital, and refinancing debt. Terms are 10-25 years, with no balloon payments.

• Equipment financing for construction, manufacturing, medical/dental, technology/IT, restaurants, etc. 24 to 84 moth terms, for all types of credit.

• Working Capital consisting of lines of credit, accounts receivable financing, to cover A/R, inventory, payroll, etc

• Startups (<2 yrs in business) primarily for equipment. Industry experience and personal credit are important factors.

• Commercial & Investment Real Estate financing where Banks or SBA have said “NO”. $350K to $5 million. Cash out available, 30-year fixed or variable rates, all ranges of credit, can refinance hard money loans.
George started MultiSource Finance in 2017 and prior to that owned and operated several businesses, and was a CPA and CFO. Outside of work he likes to spend time with his wife and daughter, and plays golf when he can. He started with golf as a caddy at age 12 in and earned a RI State Caddy Scholarship to college. He also enjoys working on DIY home renovation projects.
