Len Bruskiewitz
is an accomplished business leader who has worked in partnership and general management roles for over 30 years. Over that time he helped grow companies ranging from 5 person startups to Fortune 500 enterprises by coaching/mentoring high performing individuals. He launched one of the first Software as a Service businesses and had success working both in the US and internationally. Len has been at companies such as Intuit, Constant Contact, Grasshopper, Fisherman and Nextiva - all focused on small businesses as their customers.
As a coach, Len is an expert at helping business owners who are getting to the point in their lives where they want to start
thinking about transitioning their company to someone else but just aren’t sure what the steps are they need to take. Len works with business owners on the things they need to do to prepare for a successful transition which leads to reduced levels of stress and significantly higher valuations for their businesses beyond where they are today.
Len received his B.S. from Boston College with concentrations in Finance & Economics and an M.B.A. from the University of San Diego. When he’s not working, Len enjoys spending time with his wife and two children, playing hockey and pickleball (but not at the same time), traveling and reading about the golden age of piracy and the Viking
ages.
